Shipping Policy

At Acediamonds, each ring and piece of jewelery is manufactured exclusively to the customer's order, this means that the delivery time is up to 3-6 weeks. Should it happen that you are in an extra hurry with your order to make it to an important date, we will of course try to help as best we can. In that case, contact us and we will investigate the possibility of speeding up your delivery!

 

Our deliveries are insured to you as a customer. Any transport damage must be reported to us within three (3) days of receiving the shipment.

 

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-30 business days.

 

A fee of SEK 500 is charged for undelivered shipments, the same applies if it is not possible to deliver the package to you.
